WATER WELL TECHNICIAN
Join our team! We are hiring a water well technician meaning you’ll be installing new water well systems as well as diagnosing and repairing systems that are malfunctioning. We offer competitive pay and benefits in a laid back family business.

Must have a valid clean driving license
Must have knowledge in plumbing and electrical
Must be able to drive a standard transmission
Must be well organized with a strong work ethic
Must be self motivated and ambitious to determine and repair malfunctioning systems in a timely manner
Must be able to pass a pre hire drug test

WATER WELL DRILLERS
We are looking for an operator to excel in drilling water wells. Please only apply if you meet many or all of the qualifications. We run Davey, CP, and Schramm drilling rigs.
•A qualified individual to fulfill this position must have experience in operating water well drilling rigs, or at the least, heavy equipment. This is not the gas field and many things are different than gas and oil drilling.
•Candidate’s must have safe working practices as well as the ability to maintain a clean worksite.
•Candidate’s must have the ability to sometimes work long days and under pressure to finish a job.
•Candidates are preferred to have at minimum a class B cdl
•Candidates are preferred to have their MSHA training
•Must be able to show up on time ready to work.
•Must have general mechanical abilities to grease and maintain the drilling rig you’re operating.
•Must have a will to learn and a drive to continue to do the best you can.
Pay ranges based on knowledge and qualifications.
All hires will start off on a probationary 90days.
Healthcare is offered after the 90 day probationary period.
